Lead Technical Consultant, Appian

Deft Consulting is seeking a Lead Technical Consultant to own and lead Appian implementations, managing teams of 2-4 developers. The Lead Technical Consultant will be responsible for gathering requirements, participating in discovery and Sprint 0 activities, managing/owning design & development, and supporting customers through go-live.

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of Appian experience in a developer or lead developer role
• Appian Level 2 certified
• Experience leading small to medium sized teams
• Demonstrates the ability to manage resources effectively with a positive track record of ensuring delivery timelines are met by all team members
• Strong command of Agile methodologies
• Ability to to properly identify, track, escalate, and communicate risks and their impact
• Clear communication skills and ability to interface directly with clients
• Recent Appian development experience

Preferred Experience

• Appian Level 3 certified
• Experience leading Sprint 0s
